Each Wedgeview room has a private patio that overlooks the vineyards or the landscaped garden. Rooms come equipped with satellite TV and a seating area. Some bathrooms have double rain shower heads.

Breakfast is served in the property's garden. Afterwards, Wedgeview Country guests can relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy a professional spa treatment.

Wedgeview Country House & Spa is a short drive from Somerset West, a 35-minute drive from Cape Town centre, and only a 20-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport. Free private on-site parking is available.

Travel information

By car:

- Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Somerset West.
- Take the R310 turn-off in the direction of Stellenbosch.
- Pass Spier on your right-hand side and turn left at the traffic lights.
- Continue in the direction of Kuilsriver for 1 km.
- Turn right onto Bonniemile Road, which should run parallel to the motorway.
- After approximately 1,5 km you will see Wedgeview on your right.
- Follow the N1 North until exit R300, direction of Mitchells Plain.
- Continue in the direction of Kuilsrivier (R102), direction of Somerset West.
- Travel through Kuilsrivier, until you get to a junction.
- Turn left onto the M12, direction of Stellenbosch.
- Pass the Saxenburg Wine Estate on your left.
- The road should now become a dual carriageway.
- Continue to the end of the carriageway.
- After 1 km you should see a large Wedge View sign on your left.
- Turn left (Bonniemile) approximately 150 metres after the sign and 50 metres past the Kanu Wine Estate.
- The road you are now on should run parallel to the road you were just on.
- After 200 metres you should see another Wedge View sign.
- Follow the sign and drive through the vineyards for about 700 metres.
- Wedge View is the large thatched lodge to your left.
